Thank you and stay safe – Jacob.

“To me, therapy means authenticating parts of oneself, whether you view them as negative or positive. Once those parts are brought into light then we can work on changing or growing them. My main goal is to have you bring your full, authentic self into the room without any fear of judgment. My experience includes working with individuals who have anxiety, depression and post-trauma related symptoms. I pride myself on being a safe space for individuals who identify as LGBTQ+. I also have extensive experience working with the gender diverse population.” – Jacob
